I downloaded Sky Go on my Apple TV 4K and when I try to sign in, I enter the verification characters for the captcha, however, it doesn't log me in and takes me back to the captcha screen with a new set of captcha characters shown. Does anyone know what is causing this and how to fix it?

Find out moreTo get you some help with this I have escalated your post to the Sky Messaging team who will be in touch with you regarding this via a blue/red chat bubble which will appear at the bottom of this page. It can take up to 24 hours to be contacted via this.

When the chat bubble does appear you have 48 hours to respond or it will be automatically closed. This isn't a live chat so replies are not instant.

Is there still no update on this? I reported this 2 months ago . Why is it taking so long to resolve this ? I'm getting very annoyed and frustrated.
