My Sky Go was working perfectly however, yesterday it would not go past the update page and kept crashing. I uninstalled it, deleted the appdata cache, emptied recycling bin and restarted the computer (Windows). Following re-install, i get the message 'connecting your application - we're having problems connecting you. Please try again (001). The app now loads into blackness and crashes. Help.

Thx i shall try that. Not sure why it would simply interfere with it though, given it was working not long before.

I have checked the firewall and I can confirm that it is not blocking the app.
