Sky Go not working all the time on laptop

When the  attempting to watch a programme this message come up -You have reached the maximum number of people in your household who can watch content online at the same time. Code PFE: 8006.

 

This happens when I am not even watching Sky Go on my mobile.

 

Can someone help?

How many people are using Sky Go at the same time as these are the limits:

With Sky Go extra for 4 concurrent streaming, you must have Sky Go Extra and either Multiscreen or Sky Glass Whole Home sub on your account as with just Sky Go Extra you do get just the 2.

I have removed the mobile device but the issue still persists

My question abive still stands, how many devices are you using with Sky Go ?
