Sky Go not working (Error 001)

Hi Martin,

Sorry to hear you're still struggling with the issue. I offered the Blob_Storage and Web_Storage purely as an anecdotal wayfinder; it doesn't really matter what the folders are called inside the main folder, the main thing is to move the contents to the trash.

What seems to happen is that when Sky Go starts up, if the folder is empty, Sky Go is forced to recreate the folders, and in so doing the app is able to refresh itself.

Give it a try and I think you'll be fine ☺️ Good luck.

Hopefully Sky can release an update in future to stop people running into this issue.

Hi,

I am trying to download sky go on my new mac running macOS Sequoia, i download the sky installer and then run the download but once complete it just dissapers, please can you help? is sky go even available on MAC anymore.

It would be really _really_ helpful for Sky to update their Error Codes page to include this guidance. I spent the best part of an hour this morning on a new Macbook migration where the SkyGo app wasn't working and no guidance fitted.

These steps (logically for those of us who work with computers) worked a charm and now Sky Go is up and running again!
