Sky Go not recognising bank details

Just signed a new contract, downloaded the app but it will not recognise the card i used to sign up, apparently it recognises my email from a previous contract, HELP PLEASE.

All you should need to do is to login to the Sky Go app with your usual Sky ID and password so where does your bank card come into this are you trying to link the ID to your TV account ?
