Hi Caesarome - the solution references joining the Sky beta program, but that is not an option available to me either on my mobile or logining in to the play store via a PC. Where is that option?

One of the Members on the Samsung Community has found a sort of work around on an S22.
If you install the app widget and add it to the home screen...... then start the app to the error message Screen then ..... Double click the widget and it takes you onto the app circumventing the error message screen,
I do not have any issue on an S21 Ultra though.

A new issue - the error seemed to be resolved but now i am asked to enter my sky pin number but i get a message stating the pin is incorrect - I know for a fact it is not incorrect as i have just checked it on main sky box.
What do i need to do now? six weeks and still not available on my device

Welcome to the community.
Your Sky Go PIN is different to your Sky box. You can find the information and set it here 👍

Welcome to the Community @BJD1
Joining the beta isn't instant - after joining did you get an update to the app? If not, check back and see if it's showing. You want to be running version 22.10.1 - the steps/info is here 😀

Hi @will6171
Welcome to the Community.
If you have a look at the solution you'll find that if you join the Sky Go Beta in Google Play and update the app, the issue may be resolved for you. It can take a couple of hours for the update to show in Google Play once you've joined the beta. If you don't see the option to join the beta, make sure that all of your updates are complete in Google Play

Hi,
wondering if anyone has any advice for this issue please.
I'm trying to connect to SkyGo using an Oppo Pad Air (Android version 12.1) I was having connection issues so enrolled into the BETA program, now I can get into the app but every channel I try and watch returns the below:
'There has been a problem connecting to the sky go network. Please try again later. If you keep seeing this error please contact customer services. Error code 0-01'.
I was able to login fine but strangely if I go to manage devices, there's none there. This differs from when I check in mysky app and has 4 listed devices for sky go but not the Oppo. Is this because it's a BETA version?
Anyway, any help would be greatly appreciated.
Thank you
