Error(-20190000) on Samsung tablet. Uninstalled and reinstalled. Reset router. Restarted sky box. Still the same! Any fix for this?

I have same fault as everyone else.
Joined sky last week.
Sky app is fine, sky go displaying same fault code as everyone else. I have a samsung s22

Find out moreTo get you some help with this I have escalated your post to the Sky Messaging team who will be in touch with you regarding this via a blue/red chat bubble which will appear at the bottom of this page. It can take up to 24 hours to be contacted via this.

When the chat bubble does appear you have 48 hours to respond or it will be automatically closed. This isn't a live chat so replies are not instant.

When I download sky go on my android tablet or phone when I try to open it I get error code [-20190000] nothing I've seen anywhere on these sky sites seem to recognise it. I have uninstall it and tried again but no luck. Can anybody help

Hi,
The Sky go app is no longer working on my android tablet. Getting the same error code as everyone else [2019...]. Have searched everywhere for a solution, uninstalled, restarted etc. Very frustrating. Please escalate to an expert. Thanks.

I cannot access Sky go app without wifi. If i try I get error message saying "There was a problem starting the app, error 2019 0000. I have unistalled and reinstalled app but it still does it. Any ideas?
