Despite re-installing Sky Go several times and rebooting, I simply cannot get Sky Go to work. Raised the issue with Sky Customer support. They said it had to be referred to their "experts", no response for 3 weeks. Absolutely useless! Error message is meaningless.

So far nobody has been able to help and the error message is meaningless! Howver, I cannot capture a screenshot for some reason. I suspect this is an issue of incompatibility between the app and MacOS.
