I am having issues with my Sky Go App. The Recordings tab has disappeared from the app. It is however still showing on my iPhone.
After lengthy conversations with technical support they claim that the Recordings tab has been removed from the app - and that the only way you can watch recordings is to download them when they will then show in the Downloads tab. They claimed customers wanted this.
This is total insanity.
I can't search for my recordings in the app so have no idea how I would record any to watch away from home.
Any ideas?
