Hi. When trying to log in to Sky Go on my iPad i get the error 'Because of a technical issue, you cannoot watch this channel. Please try again later'.
I can log in with no issues from my iphone, my iPad is up to date software wise and i have deleted and reinstalled the app multiple times. I have no VPN in place either. I have followed all steps on the 'help' section without success. Does anyone have any suggestions / been able to resolve this issue? Thanks

When the chat bubble does appear you have 48 hours to respond or it will be automatically closed. This isn't a live chat so replies are not instant.
