I work away on assignment a heck of a lot and rely on sky go in my hotel when I have downtime.
All I get is error code after error code (91-1 & 50-2) I uninstall the app, reload it and I might work once before the error code resumes. It's so frustrating.
If this can't be resolved, then their is little point is having a 200 quid sky subscription anymore. Thanks

Find out moreTo get you some help with this I have escalated your post to the Sky Messaging team who will be in touch with you regarding this via a blue/red chat bubble which will appear at the bottom of this page. It can take up to 24 hours to be contacted via this.

When the chat bubble does appear you have 48 hours to respond or it will be automatically closed. This isn't a live chat so replies are not instant.
