Sky Go error 17c.1 on Apple TV, iPad and iPhone

Recently I have been getting Sky Go error 17c.1 when trying to watch live content and sometimes on catch up. I don't know what the error is and I don't get it on my MacBook Air. Not aware of an differences in configuration and until recently everything worked fine across all devices.

Are you using a VPN @bromlmj because if you are it will need disabling before using Sky Go.

Thank you. Yes I am but have been for years. So when did this change?

I can't say what has changed so you are probably been fortunate that it has worked previously as Sky Go is known not to work when a VPN is detected.
