I have a new Ipad Air M2 and Sky Go will not work. It says I need an active internet connection which I have as all other app, emails and services work OK. My older iPad also still connects. I have four registered devices so not up to the limit and yes, have deleted the app and reloaded and switched the iPad on and off a few times. Still get same error message. Any help?

Posted by a Superuser, not a Sky employee. Find out moreTry disabling the Wifi on the iPad, rebooting it then after is has finished loading up wait a few minutes before turning the Wifi back on, wait a few more minutes then load up Sky Go to see if it will work.
