My Kindle Fire HD promoted me upgrade my Fire HD app which I did. App now says 0% downloaded with no option to do so. Also tried to reinstall and Amazon App Store says app already purchased. How do I get my Sky Go app to work again on my Kindle Fire ?

Posted by a Superuser, not a Sky employee. Find out moreHave you tried rebooting your Kindle, if that doesn't work try deleting the app then installing it again from afresh.

I have done all of that but there is no option to download the app even though it is showing in library as 0% downloaded ......
