Sky Go app suddenly saying i need to upgrade my Subscription!???

Sky Go app suddenly saying i need to upgrade my Subscription! Was trying to watch sky sports on the app whi h usually works fine. I have sky sports package and haven't left sky returned or anything like that. I can usually watch everything i subcribe to. What is the issue here and how can I resolve it? I'm logged in with the correct credentials and have tried updating the app etc. Still the issue remains

To get you some help with this I have escalated your post to the Sky Messaging team who will be in touch with you regarding this via a blue/red chat bubble which will appear at the bottom of this page. It can take up to a few hours to be contacted via this.

When the chat bubble does appear you have 48 hours to respond or it will be automatically closed. This isn't a live chat so replies are not instant.
