Sky Go app now only allows me to download some episodes and not others

I've recently noticed that my Sky Go app will only let me download certain episodes of programmes to my phone and not others. For example, one particular programme only seems to let me download every other epidsode to my phone (despite the fact that they are all downloaded to my SkyQ box) and another, it misses out big chunks of episodes. 

I'm aware that you can't watch all programmes due to licensing issues such as BBC programmes but these are from Drama and Channel 5 and I had no issues downloading the episodes previously. 

I've tried deleting the app and dowloading again but it has made no difference. 
It's a real pain as I like to download and watch programmes on the train (only time I seem to be able to find time to sit down and watch something at the moment).
Is anyone else having the same problem?

Can you post some examples of episodes that you can not download so please provide the series and episode numbers and I will see if I have the download option against them,

For example

The Formula 1 Sprint Shootout can only be downloaded to the Sky Box, but the Formula 1 Sprint itself can be watched directly. Same channel, same day, surely subject to the same licencing.
