I have a Sky TV package which should include Sky Go, but when trying to view any channel live using the app I get the error message "To watch this content, please upgrade your subscription". Looks like this is a common problem but I'm not sure how to resolve it?

I've tried both the email and username for the account that shows my subscription details, bills etc

Find out moreTo get you some help with this I have escalated your post to the Sky Messaging team who will be in touch with you regarding this via a blue/red chat bubble which will appear at the bottom of this page. It can take up to 24 hours to be contacted via this.

When the chat bubble does appear you have 48 hours to respond or it will be automatically closed. This isn't a live chat so replies are not instant.
