Hi, I'm having the same problem trying to view TNT Sports on Sky go. Works fine whilst watching at home on my Sky Q box and mini boxes. Keeps on telling me that I need to upgrade my subscription to Sky before I can view the channels. I have no issues when trying to watch Discovery + channels. I pay for TNT Sports through my Sky subscription. To be honest I'm getting the right ache with this now as I expect to be able to watch these channels, considering the amount of money I pay for them. Does anyone know what I'm doing wrong or is this a known issue that Sky need to address? Thanks in advance.

i wanted to watch the football while i was away from home. Haven't been able to watch any of it since Wednesday.

Same here! I'll be away next Wednesday  and will want to watch the Champions League matches. At this rate it won't happen. I'll have to record it and wait until  I get home and watch it, trying to avoid any results until then!

You are not doing anything wrong as their is an ongoing fault at present as per the post above yours from Sky.

Thank you for your response. Wasn't aware of limitations.

I have subscribed to TNT via my sky Q box, it works there. But not on my sky go app on my iPhone or Xbox

Unable to watch TNT on Sky Go app

I have signed up to TNT via my Sky Q box. It works on there, but doesn't work on my Sky go app on iPhone or Xbox.

@Stuart132   To get you some help, I’ve escalated your post to sky community chat who hopefully will be in contact and send you a private community message/email so I would recommend that if not already on, you turn email/private message notifications on to avoid missing any alerts

So look out for a chat bubble across the bottom of the screen when logged onto the forum

Be reassured the email & message is from Sky and your details are safe and secure.

Once you receive an invite you’ll have 48 hours to initiate a chat before it automatically times out, also ensure you login to the forum periodically for 48 hours after receiving the invite and check the chat bubble for any responses from sky and make sure you respond to each message from sky within 48 hours of each message, or the chat will time out again

NB 1 If your post has been escalated for a non return fee issue please note proof of postage is required without it refunds are at sky’s discretion

NB 2 If you are using Safari please make sure that Hide IP Address is not checked in order to see the chat bubble. If you are having trouble finding this to check the settings, use another browser such as Chrome

TNT will not play on sky go

upgraded to tnt sports 3 days ago and will not play on sky go , can anyone advise ?

@Gc16  There's a known fault being worked on with no current time line for a fix as yet

I'm hvaing the same issue, i subbed via Sky on 15th Jan and was unable to watch TNT on sky go but fine on Q box and mutiroom box, read a few post and thought it might need 24 hours to update tried everyday since but still no luck. Really would like this working as i like to watch football on my PC so the boxes are free for the wife and kids.

@Daize1 there's nothing you can do but wait for the fix I'm afraid see the marked answer at top of page one for the latest
