I'm having the same issue.  How do I fix it.

I'm having the same issue, have 100 GB of free space on device and can download fine from iPlayer or Netflix. This is a joke Sky, can you sort out or post the solution. I've deleted app, rebooted device, reinstalled app, same issue.

Same issue when I have over 100g on my phone and iCloud - rather than private messages can any fixes be shared here please?

This might be worth a try:

Try deleting the app then rebooting your device before installing the app again. After logging into it make sure you select yes to any permission questions that appear.

iphone 15 pro, near 100GB free, iOS 17.5.1

Latest version of sky go. 

Have deleted, restarted, reinstalled, signed in, accepted the relevant approvals, and it still tells me there is insufficient space.

I had slight progress where it downloaded two items then errored on the third and said insufficient space and now it won't download anything - even after deleting the two shows it had just happily downloaded..

I have exactly same issue. I've tried deleting, reinstalling all other suggestions. I have 200gb free on iPad and want to download shows to watch on a flight. Very frustrating.

Multiple other have the same issue, I've had this problem for years now but not had an actual solution offered by anyone from SKY.

This is a very basic issue to solve surely? Why have Sky not addressed it, despite multiple threads being created on this problem?

I've given up, along with most iPlayer programs we download including the sign language person and no option for a full screen version and missing iPlayer content on the sky Q box, just more reasons to stop giving Sky money, they really don't seem to care about fixing any issues
