I'm trying to download a film to my SkyGo app, but it keeps coming up with the message that i haven't set up a Device PIN for Sky Go. So frustrating. I've set up a PIN on the app, but still not working. Can't understand what i'm doing wrong 😞

Posted by a Superuser, not a Sky employee. Find out moreIf the Sky Go app is not connected to a Sky Q box then the pin for it can be reset here so have you tried this:
