Hi all,
Thank you for supplying the additional information requested as this has helped our development teams investigate reports on this thread.
We are unable to offer help and support for Apple mac devices which are running software that is not supported by Apple. This is similar to us not supporting Sky Go on rooted or jailbroken mobile devices.
Regarding SIP: Sky Go only operates whilst this is fully enabled, any changes to this may result in the app not working as intended.
For Sky Go to work on desktop devices, we recommend having a supported OS by Apple or Windows for the specific device you are having issue with, this should be kept regularly updated using official channels to do so. Currently the minimum OS that is advised for Apple macs is macOS 10.14 (Mojave) or higher. Please bear in mind that older devices that are not supported by Apple or Microsoft may be less performant and are not as secure as later devices with maintained OS versions.
If you are still having issues with getting Sky Go to work on your MAC & provided you are using the intended software for your device & have SIP content fully enabled, please follow our help steps on our Sky Go help article for more support.
Moving forward, this thread will be locked and if the above link doesn't resolve your issue, please create a new thread detailing in full what your exact issue is.
Thanks,
Daniel
