Hi all,
I've had no issues with Sky Go until yesterday. It went to download an update, and from then on it just freezes on the blue screen with a play button showing. Nothing else happens. It just sits on that screen endlessly. No signs of life or that it is doing anything at all.
I have uninstalled and reinstalled the software 4/5 times and removed any archive files I can find to do with it (as numerous googles have suggested). Has anyone had this problem before or got any idea how to fix it?
All help would be appreciated, thanks!
