Sky Go Installer does not open after downloading on macOS Sonoma

Downloaded the latest (Aug2nd2024)Installer from Sky website, The installer opens and starts download, completes download,  then sits and does nothing. Macbook Air 2024 Me Sonoma 14.6.1
