Sky Go Extra

I'm looking to watch SkyGo through my PlayStation 5 and it says I need Sky Go Extra. I can't find out where to upgrade my account to enable this. Does anyone have the link?

You can get Sky Go Extra as a free VIP perk - I have it and it works pretty well. Have a look on the MySky app on your mobile device and see if you are eligible for it.

Thanks! I'm eligible as a VIP customer- but very strange how it isn't automatically applied. I called up the Sky team and they've added it to my account.

Anything available via Sky VIP has to be claimed for as nothing is added automatically.

Ive got sky VIP status also and have had sky go extra with it as it is automatic with that package i was told.

however mine has randomly disappeared/been removed from my account several times.

Ive had to call in about it several times and been told lots of different things,sometimes the advisors cannot even tell its removed or normally there and sometimes had trouble reinstating it.

ok if the bill is late, services can be removed so occasionally this could be the reason, however im currently up to date and its been removed 2 or 3 times now in the past month. i an unable to readd it, no sky go extra links take me to a way to add it, its happened again ....any one else got this issue and can sky please sort it out as theres no reason for it to keep being removed.??

Had the same issue. Was on my bill then it wasn't. Had it via sky VIP about a year ago before removed multi-room. Sky make it so difficult to just readd again. @Snix

You get Sky Go Extra for free via multiroom so removing this will see Go Extra as being removed as well.

Have you checked via Sky VIP in the MySky app to see if it appears as a reward for you that you will be able to claim ?

Yeah nothing showing there & no option to add via upgrades.

Paying the £5 is not the issue it is how difficult sky make it to add it.

In the same situation- just want to add it without calling them! And I don't want / need multiroom so I'm not paying £15 a month for it.

I also begrudge calling sky to get it done but hey ho!

Yeah was the first place I went, nothing there except a 'deal' to get multiroom for £15 a month!
