Nothing will download on Sky Go app.
It's been working until the final ep of House of Dragons.
Now, whatever I try to download, it just sits at Queued.
I restart the app and it sits at Downloading 0%, and eventually fails.
With HoD it doesn't even bother to get to queued any more. Just nothing happens.
There are no error messages or fault codes for any of this.
I'm on a windows laptop. Nothing has changed on it prior to the problem.
I reboot it and the router every day.

Find out moreTo get you some help with this I have escalated your post to the Sky Messaging team who will be in touch with you regarding this via a blue/red chat bubble which will appear at the bottom of this page. It can take up to 24 hours to be contacted via this.

When the chat bubble does appear you have 48 hours to respond or it will be automatically closed. This isn't a live chat so replies are not instant.
