Attempting to watch Sky through my playstation and now getting a message saying that I need to purchase the Sky Go Extra package.
Until recently I have been able to watch Sky through the playstation without an issue. Seems as though it has happened at the same time as I removed multiroom from my account.
I'm a Diamond VIP member, how do I get this working again?

Posted by a Superuser, not a Sky employee. Find out moreAs Sky Go Extra is free if you have multiroom by removing it you have cancelled it.
Have you checked to see if you can claim it as a reward via the VIP section of the MySky app.
Failing that you will have to call Sky to get it added back. There is a charge of £5 per month unless you are a Sky Mobile customer.
