Sky Go - Error 1410 You need the relevant Sky TV subscription

Hi, I recently got a sky Q package that has 'TV Essentials' and was using sky go up until a few days ago. I've tried on different devices (laptops) and an error message now displays when I try to watch anything I should have access to ordinarily, such as terrestrial channels.

 

The message says "You need the relevant SKY TV Subscription to watch this show Code: 1410"

 

I followed the advice on the support page, without success: You need the relevant Sky TV subscription to watch this show. / Sky Go Required / To restart this pr...

 

I note from other posts that others have had issues where their subscription details were not correctly set to enable sky go. Would a sky support employee please be able to assist me here?

Are you trying to view a live channel when seeing this 1410 error ?

Yes, these are live channels. Perhaps that's not covered by my package here?

Not sure @jamieie as this link says you will "benefit from limited access to Sky Go":

My take on it that you should be able to access your channels via Sky Go but the app can not be connected to your box as you would need a separate subscription (multiscreen) for this.
