Sky Go App zooms in on my HP Spectre laptop

When I launch my Sky Go App on my HP Spectre laptop, it zooms in excessively and I cant browse? it causes my entire laptop to change is aspect ratio and everything becomes zoomed in? No usual functionality to zoom out (ctrl + - or holding control and using the key pad to move out) is working? I've also deleetd and reinstalled the app, deleting all properties and I have updated my windows. Any help would be really appreciated.
