Sky Go App asking me to upgrade my subscription
Hello,
I have just tried to use the Sky Go app on my iPad however I get an error message that tells me I need to update my subscription. It used to work ok for me., I have a Sky Q box at home but for some reason the app doesn't work properly. Any ideas? Thanks, Andy

Have you left Sky in the past and then returned after being away for 12 months or more ?

Hi, no I haven't. I moved house 10 months ago but I transferred my Sky with me to the new house.

To get you some help with this I have escalated your post to the Sky Messaging team who should be in touch with you regarding this via a blue/red chat bubble which will appear at the bottom of this page. It can take up to a few hours to be contacted via this.

When the chat bubble does appear you have 48 hours to respond or it will be automatically closed. This isn't a live chat so replies are not instant.
