After installing new Internet connection from Community Fibre all works well, downloads on Sky Q box very fast and easy but when I use Sky Go to watch TV on my tablet or phone no programme details shown. Can watch any channel but not set up recordings etc. Turning off WIFI and using phone connection can see details but not access sky Q box.
I have used multiple browsers on multiple computers, Windows, Linux and Android, Firefox, Chrome, Opera. No VPNs or proxies. If I install a Socks Proxy I can log into sky websites and post my questions like this!

For the aid of anyone having the same problem in the future, this has now been resolved by Sky's technical folks. At some time in the past my new IP address had been banned, presumably well before it was assigned to me, this has now been cleared.
