Sky Device PIN now working tho changed it a few times online

I have followed links to update /change device PIN but it is still being rejected when I try to watch downloaded programmes offline. I have seen similar posts but don't see help offered other than following link to change online . Have done it but PIN still rejected .

Yes I did. A few times.  Still no luck

Is your device connected to an internet connection so a Wi-Fi or mobile data on ?

To change PIN I connected to WiFi on my mobile. So yes updated online. Then used kindle fire to watch offline but it wouldn't accept my updated PIN

Perhaps it is taking a little while for the updated pin to change on your device. I would leave it for a few hours.
