Since upgrading to fibre my SkyGo app does not work on any devices when on WIFI

Since upgrading our standard Vodafone broadband to fibre  SkyGo has stopped working on all devices. I have spoken to Vodafone and they cannot see a problem their end. The only thing they think might be an issue is the firewall but no suggestion how to fix asked to contact Sky (like that is easy!) The error message is 17c.1 streaming error check connection. Works fine on mobile data. Any help in how to fix this would be much appreciated it is across of board of Apple and Android items in the house

On your apple device try switching off private relay in icloud settings AND private address on the specific wifi network that you are connected to.
