Discussion topic: Screen flickering and freezing on all channels

All tv channels are flickering, blurring and freezing. It's only for a second but happening frequently so hard to watch programmes. Have switched off all devices and nothing seems to solve the problem. Have also switched to projector so it's not the tv.

please can someone offer some advice.
