SPS3 error message on sky go, unable to access channels

When trying to watch Sky on my iPad the error message SPS3 appears saying no playback available. Any ideas how to fix this?

Have you tried deleting the app, rebooting your iPad then installing it again ?

When trying to go on to apps or catch up etc. Its not working saying there is a problem with the wifi but the wifi is working fine with everything else .
