DOWNLOADED SKYGO FOR MY MUM ON HER LAPTOP AS SHE IS UNABLE TO GET TO THE ROOM WITH THE SKY SYSTEM IN TO WATCH, SHE HAS A NEW LAPTOP, BUT THE VERSION OF SKYGO I DOWNLOADED JUST FREEZES ON THE ADVERTS....HELP! PLEASE

yes we have followed ALL suggestions made online. from re installing skygo, to trying to install an older version of skygo. to rebooting laptop, making changes to things within the laptop settings...
