SKY GO and Vodaphone

I have had huge problems with sky go and not doing remote recording when out of the house it will not send signal to record.  Is there an issue with Vodafone? As tried everything else.

Nobody else has reported any issues so if you are at home and connected to your Wifi and that your phone/tablet is not connected to your Sky Q box can you then remote record ?

All works In the house . What I mean is when outside using mobile network it does not . Will not send a message to record to sky q

That did not work.  Sky go remote recording works when connected to same WiFi but not mobile data on any network.
