I WAS USING SKY GO ON LAPTOP AND IT NOW SAYS I HAVE EXCEEDED THE AMOUNT OF USERS ONLINE AT SAME TIME BUT I HAVENT AS I LOGGED OUT USERS AND TRIED AND NO SUCCESS. IT WORKED FINE UNTIL YESTERDAY AND I HAVE REINSTALLED APP AND CHECKED FOR UPDATES AND STILL THE SAME

Me too! Am only person in our household that uses laptop to watch Sky! Just happened a few minutes ago! Ridiculous!

Hi mine just got sorted I'm not sure how but I noticed date and time wrong on computer and corrected it and got in then.....maybe check all OK on laptop details hope it helps 😀

Close Skygo, wait a minute or so then open the app again - Voila! working fine!
