Recordings made on the Sky Q box not available to watch on Sky Go. This has only happened recently I uaed to be able to watch recordings without difficulty.

@Lorraine252 do you subscribe to Sky multiscreen as you need this subscription to connect Sky Q box to the Sky Go app and watch recordings that are on your Q box

I may be a Sky Superuser but I am still just a Sky customer
