Recently paid for Sky Sports package but asking to upgrade
I recently purchased the Sky Sports package, but I still can’t watch any of the sports channels it keeps telling me to upgrade even though I’ve already paid. I contacted Sky and they’re aware of the issue, but they couldn’t tell me when it will be fixed. Is anyone else experiencing this problem?

The TV issue has been resolved. I contacted Sky support again, and they completed some troubleshooting to fix it.
