I've recently subscribed to Sky Stream, with Sky Sports and BT Sport added.

 

Everything works fine with Sky Go, apart from Sky Sports - when I try to watch any Sky Sports channel, I receive the error, 'You need the relevant Sky TV subscription to watch this show.  Code 1410.

 

I've tried signing out and signing back into the app, and tried uninstalling and re-installing the app on both my laptop & tablet but nothing seems to fix it.

 

Sky Sports is working fine on my TV, and the MySky app confirms I am subscribed to it.

 

Can somebody from Sky resolve this ASAP please?Screenshot 2023-03-28 153339.png

To get you some help with this I have escalated your post to the Sky Messaging team who will hopefully be in touch with you regarding this via a blue/red chat bubble which will appear at the bottom of this page. It can take up to a few hours to be contacted via this.
