Hi
I use Sky Go successfully on both an iPad Pro and iPhone 15, but when I try on my iMac I am hit with the same error message
"Sky Go is unavailable. Please try again later. Code 1414.
I had MacKeeper on the iMac and Apple suggested it could be that so I removed it and rebooted and still the same error.
Deleted Sky Go App and reinstalled but no difference.
Can't think of anything else to try.
any advice welcome

The full error for 1414 is this:
You appear to be outside of the territory which this channel or programme is available or you have not used the service in your home territory for more than 30 days.
So are you in the UK and if so have you been abroad recently and what device are you using ?

Hello
Thanks for taking the time to reply.
I am in The UK and not been out of the UK for years.
In fact the iMac it shows the error on, has never been outside the UK.
The SkyGo app works fine for on both iPhone and iPad Pro and is just on the iMac it doesnt work and get the Code 1404 messager.
However, its possible that I've not access Sky Go on the iMac for well over 30 days, so maybe that's caused the issue ?
I've uninstaaled the App and reinstalled and no change- Always the same error message.

Can you conform if the error you are seeing is 1414 (as per your first post here) or 1404 ?

Do you mean 1414 or 1410 as you have now posted 1401 ?

To get you some help with this I have escalated your post to the Sky Messaging team who should be in touch with you regarding this via a blue/red chat bubble which will appear at the bottom of this page. It can take up to a few hours to be contacted via this, so if the bubble hasn't appeared by 7pm it will be tomorrow that they will contact you by it:
