I'm having this issue now. My Details don't show any Sky ID linked to my account, but when I click the link to add one, it just brings me to: https://www.sky.com/ie

 

The Sky Go app gives me an error code 1410

As you left Sky and then returned after being away for a year or more then your account will have been closed so you will need to set up a new Sky ID to use.


If you want to use the same email address then you need to first remove it from the old account first so log into the old account here:


https://www.sky.com/myaccount/my-details


Then delete the email address by providing another one and logout of this account, this will then free it up to use when setting up your new Sky ID:


https://www.sky.com/help/diagnostics/sky-id/sky-id

Are you new to Sky or a returning customer ?

Have you setup a Sky ID to login to the app with ?

I'm a returning customer. I logged into the app with the same login details as my login on the Sky website. There is no option to unlink a previous account but when I go to see my products, it says my account is closed

It's a shame Sky's customer support is non-existent and their system is this awful. No way of chatting directly to a person directly on their site!?!

I can't watch Sky Sports online today, it's was fine a few days ago when I last used it.

... And yes, I've signed out and signed in again, as I always have to do anyway - but it's still telling me to sign in and out

After signing out try deleting all your Sky cookies before signing back in again.
