This may be true for UK customers.
But in Ireland, Premier Sports and TNT Sports are available on Sky Go in Ireland.
(Also, as a side note, BBC channels are on Sky Go as the BBC iPlayer is not available in Ireland.)
@Aunti+pitti , if you're in Ireland, have you tried looking for the channel in the 800s range? Sometimes HD channels are there instead of in the standard channels. It wouldn't really make sense as Premier Sports is only broadcast in HD, but it's worth a try.
Also, check if your app is up to date too.
The app is supported on:
Andoird, Fire, iOS, Mac, Windows.

This is a screenshot from my Sky Go app on my phone showing the channels I can watch on my phone. You can see Premier Sports 1 HD on channel 412.

Can a Sky employee confirm or deny this? @Kelsingra? I don't think this is true. I think it needs to connect to the Sky Q box once to identify it or to make it easier to send recordings and downloads, but that's about it.
@Aunti+pitti Did you subscribe to Premier Sports via Sky or did you subscribe via Premier Sports? If you subscribed via Sky, you should be able to watch Premier Sports on Sky Go. However, if you subscribed via Premier Sports directly, you'll need to watch on their Premier Player.
Also, is there an error or an error code you get when you try and watch it? Also, do you know the last time you could watch Premier Sports on Sky Go?

I was given the option to use prime or sky, so opted to use sky for a fee of £70. I got a discount through my local rugby club... i then downloaded the premier sport app ... i gave that login in to my friend to use ... she can watch anywhere with that... but my sky go wont which is annoying....

I could watch it last night at home. There is no error code as the channels dont show when away from the house

When the Sky Go app is connected to the Sky Q box and multiscreen is required for this, then it is possible to stream the channels from the Q box as per this:

You’ll need a Sky Q Multiscreen subscription to watch live TV when Sky Go is connected to your Sky Q box

@caesarome , and what happens if it's not connected to your Sky Q? You can still stream channels. I can still watch Sky channels and all the listed channels that are in the "Watch on phone" tab on the app.
@Aunti+pitti I think for Premier Sports, it seems like you need to be on the same WiFi network as your Sky Q box and have your Sky Box linked with the app. When on your home WiFi, I'm assuming it's just simulcasting from your Sky Q box to your device.
However, Premier Sports is not available in the UK on Sky Glass and Sky Stream, i.e. as a streaming only channel. So, for solely streaming on Sky Go, i.e. connected on mobile Internet or not a home WiFi network, watching Premier Sports, as a streaming only channel, isn't allowed in the UK, but is allowed in Ireland with the Sports Extra pack. Hence, as I'm in Ireland, I can watch Premier Sports anywhere in Ireland on my Sky Go app.
It doesn't seem to be well documented or Premier Sports customers are not well informed.
I may have a legacy TV pack, I'm on Sky Signature, but I can send recording to my Sky Q box without Sky Multiroom, either on mobile Internet or WiFi.

You can watch the channels that are on the Sky Go app but others that are not like those from the BBC for example can only be viewed from the app when it is connected to the Sky Q box with a multiscreen sub.
This doesn't apply to remote recordings as you can set these without the need for a multiscreen sub.
