Good afternoon,
I'm hoping someone might be able to assist.
I have a Sky Q box with all the sports packages. I have the Sky Go app on my phone and on my laptop connected to the same account.
Premier Sports 1 (channel 419) and Premier Sports 2 (channel 420) show up on my phone app and allow me to watch, but neither channel shows up on my laptop app (I have TNT Sports 3 - 417 then it jumps to TNT Sports 4 - 421).
My laptop app is version 24.2.3 and says there are no updates available. The phone app is 24.3.1.
I'm not sure if this issue is due to app version differences or if I'm missing something I need to do to get the channels on my laptop.
Any help would be most appreciated.

Posted by a Superuser, not a Sky employee. Find out moreI believe the channels will only show if the app on either device is connected to a Sky Q box and then they are streamed from it.

@caesarome Thank you so much! I've just checked and the laptop wasn't connecting to the Sky Q box. I've changed the setting and the channels are appearing now. I really appreciate your help.
