Please advise, how can my partner login to sky go. Keep getting kaptcha messages

I am l9ggind into sky go in 2 devices st home

 Trying to login to a 3rd getting  Captcha messages repeatedly.  My partner already disabled the vpn on phone.

Note we are not trying  to stream on more than 2 Just trying to login.
