I cannot download any programmes. However if I look at popular programmes I can receive these.
a further complication is that I also have an IPhone which works perfectly on SkyGo!
I have deleted the Sky Go app and restarted it - no change. I have also switched off my IPad and restarted it - no change
so what do you suggest I do. Why would the tv guide suddenly change to jumbled order instead of chronological numbers.
I have been a Sky customer for over 20 years without this problem
