Not being able to watch recordings on sky go

I'm sorry I like and stay with sky, even though I could go somewhere cheaper and have been with them for years,

BUT what is the point of sky go if you can't watch your recordings when you are not at home!!!

makes a mockery of what it's called Sky go, cos when you "go" you can't watch your recordings!!!

it's mean!!!! 🤯🤯

Arn't you supposed to download to your device before you leave home to view them on Sky Go?

That is correct @Annie+UK , where the option is available @Demelza24 you need to download them while you are at home and the app is connected to your Sky Q box.
