I have a Sky Sports subscription but I am unable to watch it on my pc, I have downloaded the app, and still isn't resolved, it keeps saying I need to upgrade my subscription even though I do.

I am also having this issue. I can access Sky Sports on my Sky Stream pucks, on Sky Go via my mobile or computer, but whenever I try to watch content on the Sky Sports website, it doesn't recognise my account as having Sky Sports and keeps asking me to upgrade.

When the chat bubble does appear you have 48 hours to respond or it will be automatically closed. This isn't a live chat so replies are not instant.

I think I've done this, but there's no actual message from Sky in the chat? This is a really clunky way to communicate...

There is an ongoing issue with this service which is being investigated. In the meantime you can use the Sky Sports Mobile app or Sky Go app to watch this content.
