Not able to watch puck play list on sky go!

Had sky Q changed to the puck (jury still out) ,unable to to watch programmes in the play list on sky go! Any ideas 💡

There is no integration between Sky Go and the Sky streaming platform. The majority of playlisted shows aren't recorded anyway and are played back from on-demand services so these shows would be available on the catch-up or on-demand part of Sky Go or individual apps like BBC IPlayer.
