I have the same issue , just installed Sky Go on my new PC running windows 11, no issue with old PC running windows 10. When I try yo watch live TV I have sound but black screen. Sky please update the App.

The app is working fine as you have already stated, windows 11 or the new hardware seems to be the issue
Have you tried the app in compatibility mode? are your graphics drivers up to date? What else have you tried in fixing this?

Thanks for your reply, I have updated graphic driver, also tried running in compatibility mode.
Uninstalled and reinstalled , also tried the Beta version.
I have also tried changing monitors using a VGA connection instead of HDMI.
Still not resolved. Thank you

Hi All
I have got both W10 and W11 and both suffer the same problems. No sound or vision.
Uninstalled several times, cleaned out the registery. Reinstalled and still the same results.
Has anyone faired better ?

I'm having the same issue on Windows 11 Pro, have tried multiple time to delete and reinstall the App, but no good.
I have a second laptop which works OK, that is running Windows 10 Pro.

Update: mine is now working, not sure how but I did have Ccleaner running which was playing up the other day, and after reading a few other posts about VLC, I did these steps (this was after deleting and reinstalling SkyGo as everyone else has):
Sky Go then worked, prompting me that is uses cookies, and asked me to login.

Sky Go wont install, talking to Sky is typically unhelpful.

Same issue with me in Windows 11. Doesn't help that I now can't use Sky Go with macOS as that now fails as well.

I have downloaded the SkyGo app on my pc but when i try to watch anything i get a blank screen and only sound
